By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times.

These Terms and Conditions cover, but are not limited to, intellectual property, user accounts, product sales, payments, shipping and delivery, refunds, cancellations, and returns.

All content published and made available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, documents, and downloadable files, is the property of NorthVolt Mobility LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Users may create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
NorthVolt Mobility LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

Sale of Goods

The Site offers mobility-related products, including but not limited to:

  • Wheelchair replacement batteries

  • Mobility scooter parts

  • Select wheelchair and scooter spare parts

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and compatibility information are provided for general reference only and may vary by model or production batch. NorthVolt Mobility LLC does not guarantee that all descriptions or images are completely accurate or current.

By purchasing products from the Site, you agree that you do so at your own discretion and risk. NorthVolt Mobility LLC reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order and issue refunds when necessary.

Payments

Payments made on the Site may be processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or installment providers such as Affirm, depending on availability.

By providing payment information, you authorize NorthVolt Mobility LLC and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse any transaction that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the United States. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. NorthVolt Mobility LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • A return request must be approved by NorthVolt Mobility LLC before shipping

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For non-defective returns (including ordering the wrong item or compatibility issues), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing or operational defect covered under warranty, return shipping may be covered by NorthVolt Mobility LLC.

The FTC “Buyer’s Remorse Rule” does not apply to online purchases.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and is limited to manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or compatibility issues are not covered. Warranty eligibility is determined based on the original order record.

Limitation of Liability

NorthVolt Mobility LLC shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, incorrect installation, or failure to verify compatibility prior to purchase. We are also not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Changes

NorthVolt Mobility LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
